I read at least 80 books this year and only 14 of them were really any good. This year, I'm going to be more about the writing than the reading. :) I read Neverwhere about 5 years ago and loved it - I found it really imaginative and fun. If not the entire series then definitely Monster Island. It is really interesting and provides a somewhat new spin on the traditional zombie.
