OK, I really tried to limit myself on how many photos I posted of this wedding…no, really! Everything about it was so beautiful that it was really hard to whittle it all down. The reception and preparations all took place in the wonderfully cosy Danby Lodge Hotel in Rosslare and the ceremony was in Our Lady’s Island . The weather on the day was possibly the worst we’ve had all year…the rain was horizontal! Still, nobody seemed to mind, least of all the bride…she was so chilled out she even took the time to sit down and watch a bit of Aussie Rules before the ceremony:

A few in the church before the bride arrived:

The rain calmed to a soft drizzle just long enough for the bride to get inside:

Awesome. Really glad I know you BEFORE I get married, and that I asked you to be the photographer, and that you said yes!

Wow, that’s really great. Just wondering how would my D300 be better on ISO3200 comparing to Canon 5D.

Wow, as usual it is the portraiture that really stands out. That photo of the groom and bestman is an award winner. And a bride watching aussie rules; Perfect.
xx

Lovely shots Claire, well done indeed.
I’m sure it was a stressful enough day too. Worth it in the end though when you have a great album for these folks.

Congrats.

These wedding photos are amazing, I would definitely recommend the photographer to my friends, on a day like this capturing every moment in vivid clarity is the most important thing and that is exactly what you can see by take a look at the awesome photos. The bride and groom looks amazing, must have been a beautiful day.
